Job Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Cash, you will be responsible for:
✔ Managing the business of the exchange booth/branch efficiently.
✔ Providing professional customer services to achieve annual sales targets.
✔ Coordinating with different departments and regulatory bodies for smooth operations.
✔ Supporting the Treasury Desk in buying, selling, and exporting foreign currencies.
✔ Ensuring the security of outlet premises and cash-in-transit (CIT) movements.
✔ Supervising currency-related transactions as per regulatory requirements.
✔ Preparing various financial and operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
✔ Providing operational and compliance guidance to the branch staff.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
✔ Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration/Commerce).
Experience:
✔ At least 5 years of cash-related experience (preferably in an exchange company).
Skills Required:
✔ Basic computer knowledge.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Analytical and selling skills.
✔ Cash handling expertise.
