Job Responsibilities
As a Service Ambassador at UBL, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service in the branch. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and greeting walk-in customers.
- Assisting customers with banking queries, including how to fill deposit slips and request forms.
- Managing customer requests efficiently and ensuring quick resolution.
- Maintaining a friendly and professional interaction with customers.
